Queen Anne’s Gate Development
HZI is excited by the opportunity to work with Maple Springfield on a prestigious development in this sought after location in central London. Our understanding and interpretation of this property’s unique architectural heritage will be a key influence in the execution of this scheme for ultra luxurious elegant city living.
Our constant search for a “twist on the typical” will be key in our approach to the redesign of the main deck - including the formal reception room, dining room and study area - of a private yacht. Design elements include wall panelling, ceiling design, joinery, furniture, soft furnishings and lighting fixtures. Our approach: a freshly tailored contemporary take on Deco-style. Sandblasted glasswork with verre eglomisé and tooled leather panels will add a sense of classical contemporary luxury in HZI’s contribution to the overall design.

HZI are working on an exclusive Tuscan villa and estate located in the dramatic hilly countryside outside Siena for one of our returning clients. Paris Hôtel Particulier
Set on the River Seine, this 19th century townhouse was completely stripped of its classical detailing by its previous owner. Our objective is to restore the residence to its former grandeur and historic character. The complete overhaul is being achieved by utilising time honoured craftsmanship and attention to detail, while adopting a style that we’ve loosely come to term a ’travelling style’, incorporating decorative motifs from across history. Each room speaks to a different era, from Napoleon III to Art Deco and Chinoiserie, while still maintaining the elegant sense of cohesion one would expect from a stately family home.
The extensive renovation of this contemporary holiday villa and it's guest and boat houses, includes exterior and interior architecture, interior design and landscaping. The Modernist inspired style speaks of casual luxury.
Conceptually, our interior is informed by culture and history, it is a marriage of layered and luxurious textures with natural, raw and precious materials; each of these selected for their inherent and subliminal qualities of timelessness, warmth and depth.
A contemporary barn renovation in the English countryside, where the bucolic character of the building and its traditional architectural elements will inform our design.
